The Glens at Greendale Home Owners Association is a distinct legal corporate entity governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. This neighborhood association is the entity that speaks publicly for the neighborhood on issues affecting our community. The Homeowner’s Association is a non-profit corporation which, through its Board of Directors, plans and approves an annual budget, oversees members’ compliance with deed restrictions and covenants of the Association, investigates complaints from members pertaining to noncompliance, oversees landscaping and maintenance of common areas, and reviews applications from members for structural improvements, landscaping plans, or changes (e.g. installation of fences and additions to homes such as sundecks and porches.
The Homeowner’s Association operates pursuant to the directives and authority set out in the Declaration of Covenants, the By-Laws of the Association, and the numerous deed restrictions that pertain to the various sections of the Glens at Greendale. All members and their property are subject to the conditions, covenants and restrictions set out in these documents, which should have been provided to your by your builder/Realtor at closing. If you do not have those documents they are available here.
The board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Member at Large and a City Liason. The board members term runs alternate every other year. Meet our board members here.
