SCOPE: Nomination for election to the Board of Directors shall be made by the Nomination Committee. The Board will create the committee which shall consist of the President and two (2) or more members of the Association. The Nomination Committee shall be appointed by the Board of Directors prior to each November annual meeting of the members.
